Common questions
You brief a feature once, into a shared Slack channel. Both teams pick it up, work independently, and deliver into the same Figma file with a Loom walkthrough each. You review both, pick a direction or merge them, and the next request starts. Each team holds one active request at a time so nothing sits half finished, and you can reorder the queue whenever priorities change.
925 is boutique and senior-led, with a bench of specialists we bring in against named scope. On every call you get the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. Each team is founder-led, which is why the two directions above are genuinely different rather than one person's taste twice.
Yes. Ten days notice either way and no lock in. Plenty of teams run both teams through launch, when brand, product and marketing all move at once, then drop to one once the pace settles. Nothing about the setup punishes you for scaling down.
We sign yours, not ours. Most of our work is with pre-launch teams, so stealth is normal for us and this page is unlisted for exactly that reason. The only thing worth settling upfront is what we can show and when, because that is a much easier conversation now than after launch. You own the Figma files and every asset outright, from the first delivery.
Investment
One team is boutique and senior-led, working continuously on whatever you brief. Add a second team and the same brief gets answered twice, independently, so you choose between two finished directions instead of approving the only one that exists. That is what the file above already shows.
